Former Souderton band instructor pleads guilty to felony child endangerment, possession of child porn

The charges stem from an investigation by the Souderton Borough Police Department, which revealed Boucher had groomed and sexually assaulted a former student on multiple occasions in 2008.

The crash occurred at 3:53 p.m. at the intersection with Groffs Mill Road, and involved a black Honda Accord and a gray GMC Terrain. Arriving crews encountered the Honda pressed up against a guardrail and the GMC in the roadway. Both vehicles had suffered significant front-end damage.
Both drivers were transported from the scene via ambulance for treatment of unknown injuries.

Investigators spoke with the victim at the hospital, who said he was in a back bedroom playing video games when Berstecher entered the room. The victim said he stood up to shake Berstecher’s hand, at which point Berstecher punched him in the temple, knocking him to the ground, according to police.
Berstecher then allegedly stood over the victim and continuously punched him in the face, police said. The victim also alleged that Berstecher either punched or stepped on his ribs.

The girl told police she was driving alone in her vehicle northbound on Church Road when a small black car began traveling directly behind her after allegedly making an illegal pass of a truck. The driver of the black car, identified as 18-year-old Connor Dean, began honking their horn to get traffic to move, but the girl said she couldn’t move as traffic was stopped in front of her, according to the criminal complaint.
